❓ Story Behind It: Since I started to open a small restaurant in Jakarta, I was rely on manual bookkeeping, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools to manage from purchasing to sales. This often leads to stock miscalculations, unclear profit tracking, and slow operational decisions. As the business grows, operational complexity increases I need something reliable, fully integrated, easy to understand and use by my store assistant. 💡 Offered Solution: AyaKasir was built to simplify daily operations while creating a clean, structured data foundation. It integrates transaction recording, inventory tracking, and reporting into one system turning operational activity into usable business insights rather than just raw records. 🚀 How it Works: 1. Started from setup your restaurant's profile (name, menu, ingridients, vendors, item categories, users, QRIS, and etc.). 2. Record everything about your purchase (name, category, to unit of measurement). 3. Your purchase will be automatically sync with the inventory. 4. Process your transactions in cashier menu with cash or QRIS payment. 5. See your overall business activities via dashboard. 🛠️ Tech Stack: - Tools: Gradle-Kotlin DSL, Java 17, Android Studio - Database: Supabase Postgres (Primary) & Room local cache for offline support - AI-Assisted Development: Claude Code (Opus 4.6) - Skill: Business processes identification, high structured-logical complexity prompting, ERP concept-to-production. 🤔 What to Expect: AyaKasir demonstrates how AI can generate end product through a person who does not have experience in building native app to solve real business problems. By structuring business processes properly, especially for small restaurant, the system offers seamless end-to-end business records and monitoring. ✨ Why This Matters: This project reflects my belief that digital transformation for small businesses should start with operational clarity.
